Ingredients:
- Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (1 inch-ish pieces)
- Nonfat Greek yogurt
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of coriander
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Olive oil (estimate)
- Juice of half a lime
- White vinegar (estimate)
- Milk (to thin the sauce)
- Chopped parsley (estimate)
- Salt (BFF, Best Flavor Friend, estimate)
- Naan bread
- Cilantro for garnish
Steps:

Cut boneless, skinless chicken thighs into 1 inch-ish pieces.

Make the marinade with nonfat Greek yogurt, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon each of coriander, cumin, and smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, juice of 1 lemon, a pinch of salt, and olive oil. Mix well and marinate chicken for a few hours to overnight.

Prepare the sauce using nonfat Greek yogurt, minced garlic, more cumin, juice of half a lime, a splash of white vinegar, some chopped parsley, a pinch of salt, and thin with milk to desired consistency.

Skewer the marinated chicken pieces onto metal skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them for at least an hour beforehand to prevent burning.

Grill the skewers on a preheated and lightly oiled grill. Chicken should be cooked to an internal temperature of 175-180°F for thighs, turning occasionally for even grilling.

Briefly grill the naan bread on the grill to get it marked up and warm.

Serve the grilled chicken skewers on the naan bread, topped with the prepared sauce and garnished with cilantro.
