Ingredients:
- Seeded Italian loaf bread
- Provolone cheese
- Deli turkey, sliced, not too thin
- Romaine lettuce, shredded

- Kumado or brown tomato
- 100% olive oil
- Red wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hellmann's mayonnaise

Slice the seeded Italian loaf bread all the way through to avoid the 'hinge' effect and ensure even distribution of fillings.

Place slices of provolone cheese on the bottom side of the bread to prevent it from getting soggy from other ingredients.

Add a layer of deli turkey on top of the cheese, folding and stacking for volume.
