Ingredients:
- Fudgy brownie base ingredients:
- 120 grams of plain flour
- 30 grams of cocoa powder
- A pinch of salt
- Instant coffee (estimate)
- Chocolate chips (estimate)
- 1 teaspoon of flour (to coat chocolate chips)
- Dulce de Leche layer ingredients:
- 450 grams of dulce de leche
- 200 grams of toasted hazelnuts
- Orange Cheesecake layer ingredients:
- 300 grams of cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams of caster sugar
- Zest of 1 orange
- Almond extract (estimate)
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- For garnish:
- Cocoa for dusting

Start with preparing the brownie base.

Mix 120 grams of plain flour, a pinch of salt, and instant coffee to enhance the cocoa flavor. Remember not to use raising agents to keep the brownies fudgy.

Add 30 grams of cocoa powder, then mix in the cooled coffee. Stir until combined.

Increase the cocoa content by adding chocolate chips coated with a teaspoon of flour to keep them from sinking.

Pour the brownie mix into a baking dish and bake. This creates your fudgy brownie base.

Once the brownie base is chilled, spread 450 grams of dulce de leche over it, followed by a layer of 200 grams of toasted hazelnuts.

Prepare the cheesecake layer by mixing 300 grams of cream cheese, 2 eggs, 100 grams of caster sugar, zest of an orange, almond extract, and 1 tablespoon of flour until smooth.

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the dulce de leche layer and bake for 30 minutes. Then, let it cool in the fridge overnight.

For the final touch, dust the top with cocoa before serving.
