Ground Beef Bulgogi Easy & Fun!

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef (preferably grass-fed)
- 10 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped or small diced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon plum extract
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- A lot of black pepper (about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon)
- A little pinch of salt
- About 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Chopped green onion for garnish
- Sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Steps:

Combine 1 pound of ground beef, 10 cloves of chopped garlic, and 1 medium onion finely chopped or small diced in a bowl.

Add 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mirin, 1 tablespoon plum extract, 2 tablespoons sugar, a lot of black pepper, and a little pinch of salt. Mix everything together.

Heat your wok or large skillet over high heat. Add about 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

Start frying the bulgogi and break down the meat as the size that you prefer.

While the beef is cooking, chop some green onion to put in later.

Cook the ground beef bulgogi until there's no more soup, about 7 to 9 minutes.

Add the chopped green onion to the cooked beef and mix in.

Turn off the heat. Add a healthy amount of sesame seeds.

Drizzle about 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil and toss everything one more time. The dish is now done and ready to serve.
