GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO

Ingredients:
- rice (estimate: 2 cups)
- ground beef (estimate: 1 pound)
- cheese (estimate: 2 cups, shredded)
- sour cream (estimate: 1 cup)
- chipotle sauce (estimate: 1/2 cup)
- tortillas (8 large)
Steps:

Gather the ingredients: rice, beef, cheese, sour cream, a chipotle sauce, and tortillas.

Cook the rice and beef separately until both are fully cooked.

Mix the cooked rice and beef together. Add cheese, sour cream, and chipotle sauce. Stir until well combined.

Take a tortilla and place a portion of the rice and beef mixture onto it. Roll up the tortilla into a burrito shape.

If storing for later, seal each burrito with more cheese and wrap tightly using a vacuum sealer or aluminum foil.

When ready to eat, reheat burritos by microwaving until hot, then sear in a hot pan for a crispy exterior.
