Ingredients:
- Oil (estimate: 2 tablespoons)
- Paneer (250 grams)
- Ghee (estimate: 1 tablespoon)
- Whole spices (estimate: 1 teaspoon mix of cumin, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon)
- Onion, roughly chopped (1 large)
- Yogurt (1/2 cup)
- Red chili powder (1 teaspoon)
- Turmeric powder (1/2 teaspoon)
- Cumin powder (1 teaspoon)
- Coriander powder (1 teaspoon)
- Water (estimate: 1/2 cup)
- Dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri Methi) (1 tablespoon)
- Garam masala (1 teaspoon)
Steps:

Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer until it turns golden, then remove it from the pan.

In the same pan, add more oil and ghee, then add whole spices.

Add roughly chopped onion to the pan and fry until golden.

Whisk yogurt with red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder.

Add the spiced yogurt to the pan and cook for three minutes.

Finally, add water, dried fenugreek leaves, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for another two minutes.
