【突破盲腸】芝士麻糬波波 🧀|根本唔係麵包🍞 Cheese Mochi Balls [Eng Sub]

Ingredients:
- (100g) 糯米粉 (glutinous rice flour)
- (100g) 木薯粉 (tapioca flour)
- (50g) 牛油 (butter)
- (200ml) 牛奶 (milk)
- (30g) 糖 (sugar)
- (100g) 芝士粉 (cheese powder)
- (1) 蛋 (egg)
Steps:

Mix 糯米粉 and 木薯粉 together.

Add 糖 to the powder mixture.

Melt 牛油 in a pan and heat 牛奶.

Pour the hot 牛奶 and melted 牛油 over the powder mixture to form a paste.

Stir the mixture until it forms a thick paste. Let it cool slightly.

Add 蛋 to the cooled paste and mix until well combined.

Add 芝士粉 to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Spoon the mixture into a piping bag, and pipe small balls onto a baking tray.

Bake at 200°C for 6 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 6 minutes until golden brown.
