Ingredients:

  • Rice noodles

  • Chicken breast (1, very lean)

Steps:

Soak rice noodles in hot water for 12 to 15 minutes to soften.

Prepare the chicken: Slice off the little fillet, butterfly the chicken for thinner cuts.

Continue preparing the chicken by rolling with a pin for even thinner slices, then slice into strips. One chicken breast can serve 2 to 3 people.

Finely slice garlic. Wash the knife afterwards.

Slice young, tender broccoli for a bite in the final dish.

Heat a touch of olive oil in a pan. Add chicken first, season with salt and pepper.

Once the chicken starts to sear, add the garlic. Aim for the garlic to get crispy.
